I am so much happy today. I made this nice thing with my younger brother. Yeah, he helped. I had been asking him to bring some twigs for me out from the garden and he was too lazy, today we both went out together, plucked those twigs and came back home. One thing I hate in Saudi Arabia is that just as you start doing something fun and which makes you happy, strangers look at you weirdly and keep on staring. Yes, that's what happened with me when I was joyfully plucking the twigs.
Well, this idea came from Pinterest and I could hardly wait to try it out. It was a great fun and I added some of my own ideas in making this, like stuffing hardening clay, using old bottle instead of vase and covering the bottle with rope yarn.
PS: Stuff the bottle's mouth with clay and let it harden, then cover the mouth with rope yarn.
We all need a pretty header for our page. Here I made a few headers in light colours. Each header is of the size 900 x 150 pixels. If you want any size variation then I can do it for you.

Hi there, I am sharing the photos of my notebook. I just keep scribbling random thoughts and multiple things. Enjoy!
Whenever I saw those bags of Conchiglioni Pasta in super stores I always told myself to try them one day. Yesterday we went to the store and while shopping for some grocery I saw them again and laid them in the trolley. Today I tried them for them first time ever. They tasted delicious, everyone liked them. Here goes the recipe.
Ingredients: (for stuffing)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 cups boiled boneless chicken
1 tbsp ground white pepper
Salt to taste
Chopped carrots, cucumbers and coriander
Ketchup (if desired)
Shredded Mozzarella and Italian seasoning (to sprinkle on top before baking)
1 pack conchiglioni
1/2 cup olive oil
1. Add olive oil and salt in water and bring it to boil. Boil the conchiglioni in a kettle of boiling water.
2. In a colander, strain the pasta and let it cool.
3. Mix all the ingredients for stuffing in an electric mixer, except mozzarella. Stuff the mixture in the pasta.
4. In a baking tray, grease with oil and line it with conchiglioni.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella first and then the Italian seasoning on all pieces.
6. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
